I think it's even more insideous.
The idea behind it is that women need to have their precious sexuality protected. But a man only needs protection if it's necessary to protect his female partner _from him_.
I guess they believe STDs only go one way. From man to woman. And protection is only needed if you're protecting a woman from a man.
BTW, what about gay youth?
You could get him to ask the nurse why she thinks a girl needs protection, but he doesn't.
BINGO!!! When men get STDs they either fall out of the sky or are the just deserts of buggering green monkeys. THE FACT ....I will say it again...the FACT....once more for the dharma gipper...the FACT that when heterosexual men aquire STD's it is from women is something that has just never occurred to the dumb bimbos.

Yeah, that's what I was trying to say.

I think the underlying bs assumptions are that women/girls are morally superior and have the wisdom to use the free contraception while the boys are assumed to be less than human and unable to make complex judgements. They would never say that but I think that lies quietly beneath.
It's the myth of female moral superiority that the femnags have called out so many times that people are believing it.

John, that was some really good advice about the approach to take - going up the ladder, then to a reporter. Sounds like you've been there before...

I think it could be a femikook that thinks that if she gives them to boys, she will somehow be enabling if not promoting the boys to go and rape... yea! thats it!

So the boys are only allowed to get the contraception
after
they get infected with an STD? Isn't that kind of like giving someone a seatbelt after they get into a car accident?

It is very simple, contact local news sources and see if they are interested, if not contact the local politicians and make sure you have a legal recording of them saying this (check your laws on recording conversations!) or a legal copy of their policy. If everyone ignores you, file a lawsuit under the anti-discrimination laws in your local state courts since it is a TAX PAYER FUNDED agency and they are not allowed to discriminate based on gender.
This is not only a gender issue but a safety one! They will never tell you but if a male gets a girl pregnant because she lied and deceived him, they like it since it puts more money in their pockets through funding based on child support and patient numbers. The more guys that get screwed over, the more money they gets and that is their end desire.

Well, clearly it is the females who they are worried about. Males be damned.
Ok, not sure how far I will take this but I have called the Health Department back to talk to the Administrator. His name is Dr. Charles Baker and he was supposedly not available. I left my number for him to call me back. We will see if he does.
Just in case anyone wants to know: New Madrid County Health Department Phone = (573) 748-5541 or (800) 870-5541
Website:
http://www.newmadridcountyhealthdept.com/
There is an email option on the website but I want to talk to him personally. I suppose if he does not return my call I will use the email and decide where to take it from there.
I am also thinking along the lines of contacting the Govenor for the state of MO. Contacting the media is problematic since I do not actually live in MO and could not meet with them personally. I do, however, have a MO phone number (VOIP phone) which is why I DO expect Dr. Baker to call me back. The phone number ties back to Sikeston, Mo (which is local for the Health Department) where I lived before moving. Dr. Baker should think nothing about calling me back and I won't tell him that I don't live in Sikeston. He will likely not ask to meet like the media would.
Anyway, I would appreciate any help with writing a professional email to the governor of MO if anyone is inclined.

Ok, Dr. Baker did call me back and he told me that he knew nothing of this policy. He said he would look into it and take the appropriate action.
Sounded like a politician so I will get back with Dr. Baker tomorrow (giving him time to get to the bottom of it supposing he is telling the truth) and touch base about his "appropriate action".
Any other suggestions?

Pentium:
Which state is denying male condoms to men, while giving them to women, or is that a more localized practice in some podunk, gender feminist, Stalinist-city-state?
Okay, I think I found it, Sikeston MO. That's my home state, and I always thought those folks had common sense.
IMO, the Bible belt folks don't want to promote promiscuity, but chivalrously want to protect young women from pregnancy, AFTER ALL IT'S "A WOMAN'S RIGHT TO CHOOSE." The part about getting the male slaves onto the child support roles appears accurate too. It's more money in the state coffers and MO is having a very hard time with the state budget from what I've read - - - and now they're rationing condoms. Hmmm.
You could always make a really big sign and photograph the sign in front of the school then post it on the Internet. Schools hate bad publicity. One more reason to yank the kids and home school them or put them in private school. Then again, if you photograph a protest in front of a school where minors are the hate monger, gender feminists will probably try to have you arrested for being a pervert or something. Maybe do it on a weekend when you know no minors are present.
It doesn't have to be fancy either.
Shame and ridicule is Saul Alinsky's rule #5 (Rules for Radicals), and remember Hillary Clinton wrote her Senior's thesis at Wellsley on Saul Allinsky. Ridicule can be effective, espeicially when they are as deserving as this misandrist school obviously is.

I don't think it is the whole state (I really don't know). Only this ONE county Health Department.
This is a positive because if it were a state policy it would much harder to shame than if it is just this one clinic. Keep in mind, this clinic is NOT a private business...it is a tax payer funded health facility.
Talking to the Gov of MO would have little impact if it were an actual state policy, I think so anyway.

You're going about this all wrong... You've gone straight to the top. You have to build political momentum first, by demonstrating a trail of people you've spoken to, starting from the very bottom of the authority ladder and slowly working your way up. Without that, these people on the top will think it's not their responsibility to act. You need to show that prior to contacting any individual with authority, you have previously contacted every single person in authority below them. At that point, whoever you're now speaking to is the point-man, and effectively responsible for solving this problem. If you go about it this way, one "rung of the ladder" at a time, then by the time you reach a player at the top, you will have quite a lot of legitimacy behind you. And if that person at the top doesn't act in your favor (which is what you want, if you seek to gain public attention to this issue), only then is it time to go to the media. Once the media get involved (and you should cultivate close personal relationships with individual reporters), only then is it time to go to a politician or a political figure.
At each step along the way, whoever you're speaking to should know just how many people you've spoken to (and the outcome of those discussions). It will enhance your credibility in spades.
