OK, got an email from his show, My dad contacted them without telling me and let them in on the whole thing about the false accusations and not them destroying the real case of our daughter being molested.

"Hi,
I spoke with your father tonight and he said the best way to get in touch with you was through email. Basically I would llike to hear your opinion and thoughts on the situation at hand. What we would want to do would be to get in contact with you children's mother and get you guys on the show. So you can contact me back ASAP and we can discuss the matter further! Thanks so much.

I am tempted to do it since it woudl hammer the mother in public and the judge would be fucked with publicity showing he can't be bothered to protect children if it goes against his misandry in court decisions. After all, he just can't risk actually doing something against a mother and risk it hurting her feelings.

Might be a good opportunity to get the word out. I would urge you to think of whether you will be identified in any way and whether your daughter might be exposed due to the show.  This could potentially be pretty rough on her.  Typically these shows are looking for ratings and not so worried about your personal end of things.  They will also be looking for the misandrous angle in order to get women outraged and rely on the silence of men and watch their ratings go up. While you might not be so vulnerable your daughter might be.  I don't know.  Just another variable to put in the mix.

Never heard of the show.

You should get legal advice regarding libel, defamation, privacy etc.

Will your ex and her lawyer appear on the show too?

It is good to get the word out, once you are sure you have investigated any negative possible outcomes.

this is bald head steve from the springer show right?
if so, and this is my two cents; FUCK THAT, dude, its going to degenerate or  its not gonna get shown to the public. those type of shows arent for talking about anything serious. my advice is not to do  that.

I've seen the show a few times, and while Steve Wilkos does verbally assault men who are (allegedly) abusive, he also does the same with women (e.g. single mothers) who neglect and abuse their children.  So it could work in your favor in the case of your ex wife.

However, not knowing your daughter, it's hard to say how it would affect her.  It could be hard on your daughter, so you would have to consider that.  On the other hand, it may be helpful if your daughter sees her abuser exposed in public and her father vindicated.

No don't. All he's going to do is get you on and rip you apart so he can get his man merit badge. He won't care about your side he will just assume you must have done something wrong and the accusations against you are correct. His bread and butter are women and his show is nothing more than a modern day public stoning.

I am still debating it and thinking of the effects on my daughter but since the courts don't seem interested in acting, then I may have to try it since something needs done. Hell, at this point there isn't much more damage that could be done to our daughter with my ex spreading around all over the place that she is a liar and attacking her to all her friends and in public every chance she gets.

What this will undoubtedly do to your daughter, and consequently you I would guess is not worth it IMO.  I agree it would be great to highlight the situation and call attention to it...

The limited amount of times I have seen that show, the guy usually gets the Wrath-O-Steve-Manup-you stupid male routine....

Don't put yourself, or your daughter through it....

My opinion only.

Since they require both of us go on the show, I doubt it would happen since my ex would demand they pay her and also that she be the only one allowed to say or submit anything to back her side. It is eaither that or I plan to sit outside and protest unless they actually do something when the court date in March happens.

These people went on the Steve Wilkos Show, and even though they got their name cleared, the judicial system still will not let them see their kids.

So don't bother.
