Has anybody here received any private messages from Amber recently which can only be characterized as hostile, aggressive and 'hate' mail.
I received one yesterday and it really spooks me!
She accuses me of running a smear campaign against her, and of being obsessed with her since she left this forum. Unless there is some other kal147, I believe I haven't even mentioned her name since her timely departure. Talk about bizarre! Am I missing something?
I am left with the conclusion that Amber is mentally and emotionally unstable, and that she suffers from delusions of grandeur and persecution. I graciously sent her a cordial response, however, her reply back basically said "I hate you".
Geez, Methinks Amber is a couple cigs short of a full pack. What say you?

the best thing to do with people who do things like that is to bring their weirdness into the light. Send the PM or E-mail to Dr Evil and then to 2-3 other people you trust. Also, if you are so inclined, POST them. Nothing takes the wind out of a paranoids sails faster than to show them for what they are and expose what their weirdnesses look like. No! I'm not going to reproduce the correspondence. I think it's in bad taste to do so and undermines the, albeit fragile, integrity of private correspondence.
Nevertheless, I posted of the 'fact' of her hostile corespondence in the event others here have been so 'treated' to her scurrillous missives and bizarrely inappropriate accusations . Nobody should be allowed free reign to bully others, either in public or in private. If others have, they now know they are not alone. If in the future anybody does, they are now forewarned thru my experience.
I just wonder if anyone else has received hostile private messages from her...or if I'm merely the unfortunate one...lol

I treat all abusive and threatewning emails for what they are - my property. Unless there is some prior and documentable agreement of confidentiality, anyone sends email, anywhere and to anyone, at their own risk.

Yes Beste calling everyone misogynist sickos is over the edge but in some ways it is a global statement about a group rather than a personal attack against an individual. Attacking feminism is surely okay and if that is okay then attacking the men's rights movement or the group of us here at this board who represent the men's rights movement should also be okay. She is on terribly thin ice though.

Agreed, and for the record I agree with much of what Amber had to say while she was here posting. I told her as much in private conversations off the Board. I also advised her not to let her initial success go to her head. At times she came across as being arrogant.
Too bad she never took my advice to heart. I still believe that she has a great deal of potential though. :?
In the defense of Amber I need to point out that she wasnt completely unjustified by noticing a degree of misogyny in the mens rights movement in general. We really do need to focus more upon the cause of the gender conflict instead of the symptoms. Sending Gonz and Kali over to the MS boards to combat the feminazi's is a lovely idea. I'll volunteer the usernames.
I'll do one better than FNHM. I got a progeam used for online gaming. ANYONE who wants to talk FREE to ANYONE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD should listen up. I play a bit of online gaming. In many we use a program or two to talk, using FREE online services, that allow tactical commo that helps enormously in these games.
I offer the name of Team Speak 2. I use a headset and at the push of a button a buddy of mine from New Zealand and I talk for hours about the weather, his recent divorce (man, I felt for this guy, I never pushed my MRA thoughts on him and now I wish I had), and such and so forth.
Why do I mention this? Well, because it would be great to go on, do a coordinated POST and COUNTER-POST long enough for us to make a few WELL THOUGHT OUT and LOGICAL points using FACTS and the truth. We'd be banned in about 2 hours flat, but in that short time we could post a ton of good information. Again, present facts, fair-balanced ideas, proof of lies being diseminated, and so on. In other words CREDIBLE posts that could not be turned agsinst us or the MRAs in general.
I know at this point Dr Evil is about to choke on his coffee reading this, but, hey, I ONLY proposed visiting a site to present fair, logical, and POLITELY worded disproof of the lies we regularly encounter.
If anyone wants to know how to USE TS2 (Team Speak 2) let for their OWN purposes to avoid long distance billing, let me know. I would be more than happy to show them how. I use it exclusively for long distance now. There may be better programs, and if so, LET ME KNOW. I am all about learning a new trick a day.
Oh, and I, once again, urge ANYONE going to the MS boards to remain tactful, truthful, and balanced. We MRAs don't need to give the MSers any ammo to be used against the larger group.

The very first response from one of the Strifers was to link you to the famed Male Privilege Check List, saying if you disagree with ANY of it then you don't belong there and are wasting your time. Well, she was right about the wasting your time part. You can't argue with a sick mind, Steve, especially one that is already made up. Forget the Ms.-ers and their ilk. They are LOST to you and you cannot communicate with them no matter what the fuck you do.
Better to concentrae on the vast number of MEN out there who are blind to misandry and are stuck in a 1970s time warp concerning gender issues.
