This list should be expanded and thrown in the face of every employee of family courts, and child support agencies.

I agree, and my heart goes out to them. But we also need to honor the survivors. The ones who, somehow, are managing to carry on, against all odds.
These are men (and sometimes women) of tremendous strength and courage.
That is not, however, to denigrate the pain and suffering of those listed in the OP.
Everyone has his breaking point. Sadly, these men are being broken by unfair laws and bias against men in general.
It does not have to be that way, nor should it. Sadly, no one seems to give a damn about the suffering of men these days. I don't know how we can change that, but change that we must.
