In the open chat area many topics are discussed, and I noticed this one the other day. I copied the thread here, so bear with me, but if you read the whole thing, you'll see how men's views are slowly changing; even some of the women's as well. Maybe there's hope after all!!

I just got back from court today not for me but for my cousin. Last Week he was falsly accused of raping a girl who was living with him an his wife. My cousin is 21yrs of age and let his 2nd cousin come to live with him because she has been messed up in the head and had some problems. My cousin used to live with other people with his wife when they were newly married so he felt he should return the favor to someone else in need so he let this girl his second cousin live with them. It was only a week she lived with them Well it turns out for his kind gesture his second cousin comes out and says he raped her.
So on sunday night he was arresested an booked into jail. It has been a very difficult week for my family and him. 8 charges were brought againsnt my cousin and 6 were dropped and 2 remain. His bail was set for 100,000 as of Tuesaday. But today he was back in court shackled from hands to ankles. Me and about 40 family memembers all packed into this tiny court with along of 12 other inmates who were also shackled and waiting for there case to be called. Then my cousin stood up and the judge granted his release for tonight and he didnt have to post bail at all. After it was announced and the next case was called for the next inmate my family left the courtroom and it was cleared out completely. it was from a packed courtroom to empty you could hear the inmates say"Damm all this for you" directed toward my cousin. My cousin smiled at us from the other side of the room. My point is that no matter what, anybody could accuse u of anything especially a woman of rape. I believe my cousing is innoncent 100 percent. He is a family man with 2 beautiful little kids. His second cousin is accusing him of this.
The evidence doesnt match up His lawyer is confident that all of this will be dropped. In a month he will head back to court. But as of midnight he will be free. Just be aware of those scandoulous girls. I apoligize for all spelling airs and sentences which dont make sense. im in a hurry to type this.
One week my cousin is just a happy family man working making his own living and the next week he is in jail shackled from hands to ankles being accused of rape. man count your blessings people. His mom and dad were distraught.
any comments would be welcomed. Im a happy guy today.

Phatboy is correct. I have heard a lot about cases like this. People should be prosecuted to the fullest, mostly because of how this affects people's reputations. Think about it, how many people would think through the fact that this guy has been proven innocent in a court of law? People just aren't that smart.
I don't know about anyone else but the longer I live the more aggravated I get at how selfish and fucked up people are.

Its just a fucked up situation man, noway he could have done this. Think of somebody that you could say"no way he wouldnt do a think like this" and thats the way i feel about my cousin. I have grown up with him all my life an no way this is him. His two little boys havent seen him for about 2 weeks. they are two little to know whats going on. His wife is behind him 100 percent and she was crying all day.

the reason why they don't jail the false accuser is because it would discourage real cases from being brought up. unfortunately, crazy bitches know that and take full advantage.

Happened to a close friend of mine. It went all the way to a jury trial (he was found innocent). Attorney fees were 12 grand, and he is far from wealthy.
There was not even an allegation of force, just that she was too drunk to consent.

Same think happened to me as Kiriks friend.
Meanwhile the reason the girl was drinking was her father was at the same party and lied about her age. Then he told everyone at the party that she could drink them all under the table then she started doing shots of tequila.
They actually tried to say I injected her with something without her or anyone knowing thats how she got so efed up. Meanwhile, I only even drink beer and wine have smoked maybe 3 times in my life but somehow I injected her with some GMD or something like that. I dont even know what GMD is!
Cost me 6gs and I was never even questioned by the police or gave a statement.
The reality is this girl would have rather destroyed me than be honest.

If they are going to supress the alleged victim's name they should also supress the defendant's name. Then if he gets found guilty they can print the name.

Conservative estimates of false rape allegations are in the neighborhood of 20%.
Unfortunately, conservative estimates of unreported rape allegations significantly exceed that percentage.
Until there is a shift in that ratio, nothing will be done about the former.

I had a girl accuse me of rape, I had a threesome with her and my wife, after my wife fell asleep we continued, my wife was a little pissed when she woke up and we had taken the action downstairs.
So in an attempt to save face she cried rape, I was 20 years old and shocked as hell, fortunately nothing much came from it.
My second wife and I got in a bad fight and she was all pissed off at me so she called the cops and tried to have me arrested, but I didn't break any laws...so they take her downtown to talk to the prosecuting attorney to make up some charges, after telling her story of the nights events the prosecutor decides that since I ass fucked her all night that I must have raped her. The prosecutor didn't tell her what charges he was going to file, he just told her "we got him this time"
I got arrested at my business and taken to King County Jail on rape charges, the cop that drove me downtown was totaly cool to me, he said "I can tell by looking at you, you didn't rape anyone...let alone your wife. That made me feel a lot better, but the cold reality of 10-15 years in prison soon hit me as I was being processed.
I made a call to my parents and told them what happened and had to tell them their son was going to prison for a long time, it was so hard to hear my mom crying. I thought I was done, my heart has never sunk so low.
Fortunately my second wife wasn't that vengeful and went back to the prosector to find out what the hell was going on, he told her with a smile that I was going to gone for a long time and they charged me with rape.
She was shocked because she never said I raped her, so she asked the prosecutor how he came up with rape. He replied "well you said he sodomized you most of the night" She looked at him and said "yeah...but I like it that way" so they had to drop the charge.
I only spent 3 days in jail but was easily one of the most fucked 3 days of my life, just because some overzealous prosecutor did a shitty job. The poor bastard probably couldn't grasp the concept of consentual anal sex...

I talked to my fiancee about this. She said it doesn't suprise her. Her opinion is that women do this shit for one of two reasons:
1. Having sex with someone and regretting it-they are so emotionally crippled overall that they cannot deal with the fact that they did something that they regret so instead of owning up to their conscience they try to undo it by removing all accountability to themselves. Sort of like denial in aggressive overdrive.
2. Revenge-for whatever reason the woman feels vindictive so she wants to make sure the person is fucked.
People should be convicted for doing stuff like this, IMO, and serve serious time for it. If you pull through with shit like this you ruin people's lives. I understand it happens a lot with young girls and guys, college age. That's a naive point in time and a point where you can be ruined for life. I wonder what legislation is doing to fire back against this sort of shit, or are people who are falsely accused and, worse, convicted just treated as a casualty of a fucked up society?
Like I said, the longer I live, the more I hate people...

I have been a cop for 19 years. I have to say this, even though it's politically incorrect........
Over half of all rapes reported to us are flat out lies. Completely made up by some vengfull bitch, nut case, or scared teenager that got home late. Even in most of the "real" ones that are reported, the female lies about something related to the case. They put their self in a bad situation, out doing drugs with hood rats, or whatever and they have to make theirselves sound more innocent. This is really unfortunate for the "real" rape victims because once some part of a lie comes out then their credibility is shot and rapist will walk.
Women's groups make a big deal about cops always being so skeptical of rape charges. It's because so many damn women lie about it. After all the years I have seen maybe a handful prosecuted for false report and that is just a misdemeanor and they only get a fine.

A lot of teachers have been wrongly accused by malicious teens who just dont have the experience to know how serious the consequences of those false accusations are.
I mean they do it on purpose to cause harm, but they are too dumb to realise the lasting impact of their youthful dumbasses.
It pisses me off that so called "women group" (yeah, like all women think the same - have you ever see a group as arrogant to call itself "men movement") dont go after these stupid girls that in the end destroy honest men' reputations AND deny real rape victims the chance to have a less strenous time in the justice system.

What I dislike most of all about these "women groups" is the way they pretend to speak for all women, like if all of them thought the same way. My two sisters have never even slightly identified with those silly badly laid bitches, yet they dont feel really insulted that these dumb broads pretend to speak for them. I just dont get it. You simply dont see any similarity in "men's world".

My neice accused her step-dad of molestation when she was 12. Lucky for him they didnt throw him in jail but he couldnt live in the same house with his family after that. She recanted when she was 24....He actually forgave her, guy is alot nicer than I would have been.

Its just efin crazy.
The girl that did it to me just gets to live her life happy as a lark with no recourse. The shit aint fair at all.
I spent 3 months and 6gs scared outta my mind before the state finally came back and said they are not interested in the case. I was never really worried about being found guilty cause I was not but I imagine it would have resulted in huge humiliation for my family, me losing my job and a ton of other shit.
I still pray to God she and her father burn in hell forever, they deserve it.
