Shirley Martin thought her boyfriend was looking up the skirt of another woman, so she stabbed him with an 8-inch knife in the right side of his rib cage.  She was originally charged with felony aggravated assault, but her boyfriend, Larry Henry, said he didn't want to push matters.  So the prosecutor only got her for a misdemeanor, and she spent two months in jail.

Ugh.. Give me 20 minutes alone with him in a room to talk to him and I'll set him straight.  Well, then again, if being stabbed in the chest didn't do it ...

I have a friend like that.  His girlfriend stole his car, emptied the bank account, ran off to Mexico with his child to live with a Mexican drug dealer, lost the child to their version of social services (which he has not been able to get the child out of yet)...and he still wishes the best for her and even went out with her.  Some men will not see. No matter how many times I tell him the strip club is not the best place to pick up women!

LOL....I'm afraid there are situations that mirror that on both ends of the spectrum. Being jilted, rejected, kicked to the curb or howeverthefuck you want to label it, sucks. Sometimes that in of itself is the reason shit like that happens all by itself.
