The last time I checked 93% of the prison population was male, and to the best of my recollection, the majority of male inmates are black men.

Here is an intriguing video about something the United States Health and Human Services Dept. is considering, Prisoners As Medical Guinea Pigs?

Life, Liberty, & Pursuit of Happiness are fundamental rights for all (including males), & not contingent on gender feminist approval or denial. Consider my "Independence" from all tyrannical gender feminist ideology "Declared" - Here & Now!

Virtue

This has precedent.....Nazi Germany.
Imagine waking up tomorrow to find
that unbelievably rape is now legal.

You would be freaking out, telling everyone you ran into this is crazy- something needs to be done... now!!! And then every man you told this to just very smugly and condescendingly says...

"Hey... not all men are 'like that.'"

Men's Rights Activist

Well, there is a bigger story.

Add another big chapter to the book on Male Disposability.  I have no doubt the politically correct would have no problem seeing race as a factor in some of the atrocities below so why can't they see male disposability?

Medical experimentation as a topic (below), might go well juxtaposed to Carey Roberts's article about the current day Women's Health Hoax, or just as a point of reference in a wider discussion, regarding disparities between men's and women's health.  Here's the link to Carey's article posted previously.

Although there have been significant unethical medical experiments involving females, it appears to me men comprise the majority of unethical medical experimentation subjects, especially in these roles: prisoners, military service members, veterans, conscientious objectors.  I may even be overlooking some male roles where experimentation has occurred, such as in the work world.  Given the history of asbestos worker tragedies, that would be but one.

Could this be the long awaited response of the U.S. Gov't. to MRA requests for an Office of Men's Health? (sarcasm)

Here is a past experiment I first heard about on The History Channel and was able to find through Google.

Tuskegee syphilis experiment
Quote
"The deliberate failure to treat a group of male Negroes in Macon County (near Tuskegee), Alabama who had syphilis begun in 1932 and ended, by unfavorable publicity, in 1972. This experiment is difficult to discuss, because so much was wrong with it."

Blauer
"In Dec 1952, Harold Blauer, a civilian in excellent physical health, but depressed following his divorce, was voluntarily admitted to the New York State Psychiatric Institute for treatment of depression. While at the Institute, he was injected on five different occasions with three different mescaline derivatives supplied by the U.S. Army Chemical Corps to determine the clinical effects of chemical warfare agents in a research project that was classified secret. He reluctantly consented to the first injection, which was fraudulently offered to him as a treatment for his depression. After each of the first four injections, the subject told the nurses that he did not want any further injections, because of his adverse reactions. However, the nurses and staff motivated him to further participation by telling him that he would be returned to Bellevue Hospital if he did not continue with the injections. After the fifth injection, which was 16 times stronger than the previous injection of this new compound, his body stiffened, his teeth clenched, and he began frothing at the mouth for 2 hours until he lapsed into a coma and died. The death certificate attributed the death to "coronary arteriosclerosis; sudden death after intravenous injection of a mescaline derivative." The subject's ex-wife filed suit for medical malpractice against the State of New York, which operated the Institute. There were numerous conferences between the state's attorney, and attorneys for both the U.S. Army and U.S. DoJ. The state's attorney told the U.S. that he believed that, if all the facts were disclosed to plaintiff, the suit was worth at least $ 60,000."

continuing problems

"In April 1999, all research projects at the Veteran's Administration West Los Angeles Medical Center were shutdown after many allegations of medical research performed on patients who did not consent. An investigation showed that not only was research being done on patients who had not given informed consent, but also that research was being done on patients who had expressly refused consent."

discuss experiments on prisoners
Quote
"During wars, many young men are drafted, then put in harm's way. Society tolerated this dangerous involuntary servitude, because it was necessary for the greater good and a better future.

This same argument was used to justify medical experiments on criminals in prison [Rothman 317 N.E.J.M. 1195 (1987)] during World War II. Because a person is in prison does not relieve him of an opportunity to serve his country and human progress, by participating in medical research. "Every man must do his part."
If there currently is no draft and no military conflict to endanger normal people, we can still use this argument, because disease always threatens society."

US admits radiation experiments on 20 000 veterans

"The military detailed that it sponsored about 2400 radiation experiments. One of the more popular projects carried out entailed the insertion of radium rods into the nostrils of servicemen with inner ear and sinus problems. Typically, a 50 milligram rod of radium was pushed through the patient's nostril and left to lie against the eustachian tube for up to 15 minutes at a time. This pro-cedure was repeated every few months. The radiation induced mucosal shrinkage and allowed the ears and sinuses to drain. Between 8000 and 20 000 American air and submarine crew received such treatments, which allowed them to work in extremes of atmospheric pressures."

"Another project listed was one in which conscientious objectors fulfilled their service obligations by volunteering for ingesting irradiated foods. The Pentagon report said that about 500 projects were conducted between 1944 and 1974, and an additional 1900 experiments were conducted more recently, between 1974 and 1994."

1945  "Program F" is implemented by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This is the most extensive U.S. study of the health effects of fluoride, which was the key chemical component in atomic bomb production. One of the most toxic chemicals known to man, fluoride, it is found, causes marked adverse effects to the central nervous system but much of the information is squelched in the name of national security because of fear that lawsuits would undermine full-scale production of atomic bombs."

"Thus, while it was well known at the time that troops participated at the bomb tests and were subjected to psychological testing, it now is evident that the DOD's medical advisers advocated the presence of the troops at the tests for both training and research purposes. The doctors were not alone in attaching high priority to such research. The Joint Panel's September guidance punctuated, perhaps echoed, the Armed Forces Special Weapons Projects's midsummer 1951 call for a "systematic research study . . . [to] provide a sound basis for estimating troop reaction to the bomb experience and . . . the indoctrination value of the maneuver."[18]
The HumRRO Experiments
"Just two months later, in November 1951, at a bomb test in the Nevada desert, the Army conducted the first in a series of "atomic exercises."[19] This exercise was designed primarily to train and indoctrinate troops in the fighting of atomic wars. The exercise also provided an opportunity for psychological and physiological testing of the effects of the experience on the troops."
