No, but he looked pretty rough when I saw him on the news this morning.  But then again, I wasn't in the best shape by year 5 when I was fighting to enforce custody myself.

Again, I see a glaring question that noone seems to ask.  Just how did this voicemail get into the media's hands? Couldn't have anything what-so-ever with the very heated and very public divorce & custody situation... could it?

I have seen Fox News bring this up, but really....do we expect Ms. Bassinger to be held responsible?  Even if she wasn't a woman, I am sure she can afford lawyers who will obfuscate the issue so in the end only one person will be punished.  Do you want to make a bet who it will be?

I also heard someone berrating CNN for playing it as well.

We all say stupid things to our kids occasionally. I have had to apologise to mine on more than one occasion.
