We all know that we all have some pretty strong feelings, so I thought I would try something.

To take a break from the debating, I think it would be a nice idea if we all listed some things about the opposite sex that we like, regardless of politics.

Things I like about men:

1.  Deep voice... something about a man's voice just sends me.
2.  I like when they get all chivalrous and protective.  It's cute and makes me feel special.
3.  I like it when they trust enough to set aside the "tough act" (can't think of a better term for that) for a moment and expose themselves.
4.  The scent of a man... *sigh*

:)

What do I like about women

Well I like ladies :), but there are only a few of those left, and thankfully I have found one..
do what I need to do to protect my loved ones, friends, and family. This is what men do.

Things I like about women:

1.  Their voice... something about a woman's voice just makes me happy - as long as it isn't whiney or accusatory or expressing utter disappointment with me.
2.  I like when they get all cuddly and playfully coy.  It's cute and makes me feel special.
3.  I like it when they trust enough to set aside the "player act" (can't think of a better term for that) for a moment and expose themselves.
4.  The scent (and taste) of a woman (especially around ovulation)... *sigh*

:)

things I like about men;

Their hands, I have a real thing for mens hands and you can tell a lot about a man from his hands.

Their voices, men have such lovely voices. All the nicer if they have an accent.

That they don't get sidetracked by fads and fashions and tend to be very honest about who they are

I think most of the men here would have an accent different to mine, I think there's only 1 other Australian here.

Oh I see... well, I've an East-European (Hungarian) accent (often misidentified as German). I think my (American) ex-wife liked it...   I know I loved it when she switched to her British accent (she went to boarding school there for a few years).

Anyhow, I find (and agree with you in this regard) some accents cute (assuming that one understands what's being said...   )

Things I like about women 1.When they wear nice smelling perfume
2.The kind of women that you can sit down
with and have a inteligent conversation
                                      3. The kind that is not scared to get their
hands dirty and does not expect men to
be there all the time for them.
                                      4. Their unique view on the world and events

Spoken like no feminist on earth would ever speak, more like it.
on't walk ahead of me, I may not follow.   Don't walk behind me, I may not lead.   Don't walk beside me either.  Stay the hell away from me!

Yeah I have to agree there.  Liquid Sunshine isn't a feminist, but she does call herself one so as to whether she is one or not depends on how you definition of "is" goes.

I'm not going to try and analyse why I like women. :)

Ahhhh; yes I knew that David.   Your assignment of good motivations is noted however; and I do understand why you would want to do that.   You weren't here when they were all crying and begging more women to start posting again...lo and behold!    Yep.  :)   I doubt I'm here for more than another hour or so, but it's so cool that you came back.  Keep on keepin' on :)

I don't see anything wrong with giving anyone the benefit of the doubt, it shows strength. When someone comes on here with "ALRIGHT BOYS< I'M ROLLING UP MY SLEEVES...I've been reading and YOU'RE A BUNCH OF..." I tend to think a remark of "Why should we care, then" is rightly put. That is the one we always get, and then it gets spun around to "SOMEONE IS ANTI WOMAN". No , I'm anti idiot.
Then only to cry about being attacked then promptly excuse themselves for not allowing respect for others because " I have a 3 bitch headache".

Of course I always like the, I have a right to shit on your head because I know your shoe size from reading your Ms. Posts.

What a total crock of shit.
