Tufts (Courtesy of the Dona Ana Detention Center)LAS CRUCES -- A 30-year-old Las Cruces woman was in custody Wednesday, charged with having sexual contact with an 8-year-old boy, Las Cruces police reported.
Michelle A. Tufts, 30, of the 2800 block of east Idaho Avenue, was arrested Monday and is charged with two felony counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child younger than 13 and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Last week, the boy's grandmother notified police that Tufts might be having an inappropriate physical relationship with the boy, Las Cruces Police Department spokesman Dan Trujillo said.

Police detectives investigated the reports and concluded the allegations were accurate, Trujillo said.

Tufts is being held at the Doņa Ana County Detention Center, and her bond is set at $50,000.

It isn't pedophilia, it isn't statuatory rape, she isn't a sex offender...no no no....she is just having a relationship with an 8 year old boy and the grandmother didn't like it.

The boy is sooo lucky that he is not being punished for sexually assaulting her!

Love how they sugar coated this.

Oh and why is it that when a man is accused of a sex crime, it is never "alleged".

The Socialist media ignores this since it runs afowl of their value set. In their warped minds, only men can commit such crimes. When a female does it there is silence throughout the land. Thanx to Matt Drudge for bringing this to our attention.

This is statutory rape, plainly.

No, I'd say this is the regular kind.

Come on guys, obviously she is bipolar  :rolle: and her husband wasn't giving her emotional fulfillment at home.  :rolle:

All kidding aside, I hope this bitch gets nailed to the wall, but I bet she will see 1 year of jail time. Almost all judges are manginas. They don't even charge her with rape, and they call it a "relationship". And notice how it says "allegedly" as if there is some reasonable doubt she didn't do it, if it were a man being charged, he'd be already considered guilty. Typical of the Amerikan media.

Bah, she will only get the charge on contributing to the delinquency.

See, SHE was the one "penetrated" so they will drop those charges against her as the law was written to exclude women from facing any charges.

Love all the excuses though. Bet she gets off with a slap and therapy for all her emotional problems.

hope she is in gen.pop.

Which one?
That she was lonely? That she needed to touch someone? That she was an alcoholic?

Or THIS bit of suddenly coherent psycho-babble, plagiarized from the The Official Victimhoodabilityization Textbookbook that can be found at any future parole candidate socialist humanities forensic womans issues  bookstore on campus.
