I saw that and I understand that, but regardless it's still rape. You can call it whatever you want but some kick ass guy stood up and said it was wrong. imo. This guy who walked into this with an open pussy in front of him decided to go the right way.

In a just world the guy who walked in should have been carried out as a hero. He went against his buddies or whatever and helped her get dresssed etc. that guy Is amazing in my eyes. The guy who set it up and the guys who perticipated should be charge. The guy who stopped/ testitified against it is a real hero.

And the judge was a jerk. It would be interesting to see if the judge gets the next case from the accused and what they do with it.

There is no threat to that statement (did I threaten him in some way?) just a consideration that within any definition that was rape regardless if money was exchanged or not. The derailing of this thread has come after we got off topic regarding the rape of this prositute. It's easy to attack me (derailing the thread) when it becomes more then obvious that this was an act of criminal brutalilty.

Yes, it seems more like the traditional feminine way of getting others to do the dirty work not unlike when Farrell talks about women hiring hit men instead of committing the crime.

I don't see anywhere on this thread that Shard claims this was not a rape.  His question was why the man's sexual history was brought into the matter.  Seems like Devia has missed the mark here and is off on a tangent accusing Shard of something he didn't do.  Shard makes a funny reference to "learning from the experience" and Devia blows a gasket and hopes for violence against Shard.  Not particularly kind Devia.  Maybe an apology would be in order?
