If Joe Francis used coercion to get his videos, or used Underage Models and failed to verify ages, he comitted a crime or crimes.


If Joe Francis used video he didn't have a release for, and none of the models fall into the above, we have a simple tort, not a criminal action.

Feminist infiltration? You make it sound like feminism came to our shores from another country, as in communism. IMO, feminism is akin to something between socialism and communism with a little bit of "Animal Farm" thrown in, but I beleive feminism is home grown.

Let's get one thing straight. The majority of us here are not anti-feminist, we are Equalitarians of the Literal Kind. Each and every person in this country should have the exact same oppurtunities in law, biz, gov't, family law, and reproductive choices.

As for Joe Francis, I agree with the previous posters. As for objectifying women, I have no problem with that if the woman consents and is of legal age.

Quoting Mark Twain, "Censorship is telling a man he can't have a steak just because a baby can't chew it." Many feminists of the female variety like to call themselves compassionate, and empathic; i.e. being sensitive to another's feelings, yet when it comes to men's sexuality there is no empathism. The facts are he is getting screwed because some feminists and hard line social conservatives hate him. He was not charged with anything but jailed because he was not settling a CIVIL lawsuit. It was brought by two underage girls who were drunk and that he taped. He also taped their agreement to the filming AND the IDs they had saying they were 18. They were never charged with using a fake ID or underage drinking but he was tossed in jail on a civil issue.

Now they are going after him in other ways to hammer him for a political motive. I don't like him and have no interest in his productions but I have no use for those attacking him like they have either.

I've generally held that New World Order operatives duped and enabled radical feminist and their "Strange Bedfellows of convenience- NOW known as "the GLBTQ community" unmerited infiltration of US Legislative, Executive, and subsequently, Judicial branch of policy making. Ulterior motives  are inconsequential to ANY of the groups --listed in the progressively biased, and decreasingly valuable to  academics with demonstrable integrity , Wikipedia--that disingenuously claim equal rights from behind the politically correct skirts of  progressively obtuse designations of "Feminism".

Your results-of ACTUALLY practiced culture in the US- may vary.

It is my understanding that , recently changing his plea to guilty to various charges resulting from
inattention to detail, and ASSUMPTIONS of certain specific females responsability
for their own behavior, Joe Francis has been paroled from confinement in
US prison. I fully expect his victim(s?) have found legal representatives willing
to claim a good portion of the assets he has accumulated in the non-jury, andspecial protections arena of "civil" court.
