I just went to that site and got the numbers for Barbara Mikulskis office staff.  After ruling out all employees who made less than 10k I totaled the figures and took a median of the men's and a median for the women's salaries just as is done for the wage gap figures and guess what it said?

In Barbara Mikulskis office the 27 female employees averaged $31,500 while the 14 men averaged $20,500.  The top 9 most highly paid employees were ALL WOMEN.   The median showed that men make  $.78 for every dollar women make!  Horrors!

Of course Mikulski could just shrug and say she was making up for all of the oppression that women have suffered and everyone would nod in agreement.
