I think I would mention that it is old and outdated and that it was created at a time that presumed all victims of domestic violence were women and that the last 30 years of research have proven this totally incorrect.  Maybe something like: "The Duluth model and the services that utilize it need to be updated to modern day knowledge that shows compassion for all people, not just a select group."

Definitely leave a link to two pages, the Fiebert bibliography and the APA article on DV.  Both prove the point that mainstream research and the psychotherapeutic community know that men are victims and need attention.  This bolsters your claims and helps you not look like a fanatic.

Contact dr e  Lifeboats for the ladies and children, icy waters for the men.  Women have rights and men have responsibilties.
