Even tough I'm pro-abortion I didn't get upset with the judges Bush appointed.

I like your system of the president appointing supreme court judges for life. To me it's all about checks and balances, when you have a right-wing president their appointees will be as well, and the same the other way. As far as I know she's replacing a left-wing judge, so things even out.

Don't be so sure. FDR literally threatened to empty the bench entirely and replace the supreme court if they did not rule in his favor. Its not much of a checks and balance. Also the supreme court is NOT supposed to be making policy, only ruling in cases. It has on numerous occasions made rulings that violate the constitution. KELO for example which gave local governments the power to seize private property if the local government felt that property could generate more revenue for the area (taking local businesses so a Walmart could be built).

Joseph Stalin would have liked this appointment.  There are scores of millions of people, murdered by tyrants, who would disagree.

Honestly, since the One assumed godhood we have had to re-visit our plans on where in the USA we will buy property and move to if push comes to shove in Kanada.

Ya know, I didn't realize how FREE we are up here until one day one of my buddies let called me to ask me to help him celebrate open carry day.  I was like "We can carry open alcoholic beverages?"

He laughed and said, "No, it means that everyone who wants to will show our 2nd Amend rights by openly carrying fire-arms around town."

Of course he meant hand guns in holsters, not rifles over our shoulders (though a few did that).

And a LOT of people did.  I went out that day, totally forgetting it was "that day" and saw tons of people carrying pistols in holsters in the open.  Some were even "cowboy" style belts w/ammo.

I was SHOCKED, but very happy.  Guess what - it was a very low crime rate that day.

Hmmmmmmm.

The safest I ever felt on a airplane was when I was flying on a commercial flight, carrying my own M-4, with a plane full of Soldiers.  Imagine some idiot pulling out a BOX CUTTER and saying "No one move - I am taking over the plane".

That dude would have had a "training accident".

What can we probably expect from a latina,

from a people that can´t see beyond their own hand,

where personal interests don´t extend beyond the wall most

people construct around their houses or for the poor who can only afford

A liberal judge is expected, but this woman has shown a complete disrespect for the constitution that she swore to uphold and that is the problem.  Her decisions that have went to the Supreme Court have been overturned 80% of the time and now Hussein Obama wants to put her there.  Hussein Obama has a complete disrespect for our constitution too and that is why he wants her there.
The issue of Hussein Obama's birth certificate will probably go to the Supreme Court, so he wants as many judges there as possible who will ignore our constitution and rule in his favor.
