Great video. It just shows the most racist and sexist people are the ones pretending to advocate equality. If you're truly "colour blind" and "sex blind", just judge people by their actions pure and simple. But no, these racists and sexists ALWAYS see race and sex first, actions second. Race and sex often mitigate and "explain" bad actions in the warped prism these people look through.
I read one comment somewhere online which rings so true: if you want to judge people equally, DO NOT create quotas. Quotas suggest men and women are different, therefore you need 50% of each to create a "balance". But that is not treating people equally. It's treating them as different, based on their sex.
True advocates of equality say "may the best man or woman win. We need the most skilled. And may those who do evil accept their responsibility without excuse."
