France has always been full of those people.  At least Germany isn't that bad (it just has an idiot for a "Bundeskanzler": Schröder and his red/green coalition).

That's because all of the brave men in France died a long time ago in their multitude of revolutions and wars and didn't pass on their genes. That's something that I've been thinking about recently. The majority of men who died in modern wars weren't the draft dodgers and college students that didn't go off to be killed.

Millions and millions of Germans were killed in WW II alone (and even more, probably, in the "Great War" - WW I).  If you take a close look, there are tons of old ladies in a certain age - and almost no men in that age group.  And still the Germans aren't dinks - except for the current chancellor; so it happens - they wanted to recall him because he lied in the last election.  He won't make it through a further election.
