In California, teachers, school librarians, doctors, nurses, and some other professions are "mandated reporters," and can be charged with a crime themselves if they do not report bruises, etc. on children. I'm not sure how far that mandated reporting goes as I quit teaching in part because that nanny state b.s. They can also be civilly liable. I am not my brother's keeper in a fascist state like CA, that cares more about destroying families and people than helping them.
Domestic violence and other forms of violence will never end as long as the whole truth about it is misrepresented to comply with feminist ideology.
