Vladek Filler: NOT GUILTY of rape, but guilty of throwing water

Paul Elam just announced on his Web site that Vladek Filler was found not guilty of sexual assault, yet was found guilty of a lesser charge in which he was accused of throwing water on his wife's face.

Note that one of the kids (whose custody was awarded to Vladek Filler) testified that he saw his mom -- the accuser in this trial -- hit his dad in the face.  That's "HIT," not throwing water but hitting.  And she doesn't get charged criminally for hitting him in the face, whereas Vladek Filler gets charged, tried, and convicted for throwing some water.

Well at least he isn't going to prison for 30 years. There is small comfort in that.

It is cases like this that make me think that Angry Harry is right when he suggests that the government (and other associated agencies) are deliberately waging war and stirring up hatred against men in order that we give LESS scrutiny to what THEY(ie ruling elite) are doing. Until it becomes routine for women to be also charged and convcited for the assaults they commit we are still a million miles from equitable treatment and the common good.
