Somehow the health care announcement is related to The War On Women

ABCNews.com has an image of "supporters of President Barack Obama's health care legislation," some of whom are holding signs saying "Stop The War On Women."  One is wearing a shirt saying "This is what a feminist looks like."  It's interesting that everything has to be about them, and relates to some mythical "War On Women."

The Supreme Court just treated the constitution like toilet paper and wiped its collective ass with it. John Roberts was the chief ass wiper. I figure that somebody must have gotten to Roberts. Obama probably threatened to drone his house if he didn't go along.

Scuttlebutt on another board said he would be 'outed' as a boy lover if he didn't play ball.  Don't know what the truth is, but this seems to be quite a bit outside how he usually rules.

I'd say that the mandate is highly important for women.

Without it, young men would do the math and opt out of health insurance until they're at least 30 or have dependents.  If all those young men opted out, health insurance costs for women would skyrocket.
"To such females, womanhood is more sacrosanct by a thousand times than the Virgin Mary to popes--and motherhood, that degree raised to astronomic power. They have eaten the legend about themselves and believe it; they live it; they require fealty of us all." -- Philip Wylie, Generation of Vipers

You are right! Because the mandate also say you are not allowed to charge women more for healthcare insurance than men since it is discrimination. But you CAN charge men more for car insurance and life insurance since they are a higher risk! It is only discrimination if she seuffers more then him. If he suffers more then he should suck it up and be a man about it all.

I was thinking the same thing Q.  Women use health services much more frequently than men, live much longer than men, and still they squawk about discrimination if they have to pay more.  Go figure.  If I was an insurance company I would ponder starting an all male insurance.  lol  Now that would fly wouldn't it?  :cyclo:

Hmmm...."unexpectedly", Concerned Women for America (relatively conservitive/              i-feminist)) have been giving Pelosi/Clinton/Reid/Obamacare the golden shower it deserves. Bear in mind, one will NEVER hear about CWA from media outlets that live behind the Socialist facade, even though they too are "holding up signs" around the country. (anti-abortion/"gay" rights/ "access" to "wellness"/ public school indoctorination)
They're not the...you know...right KIND of strong, independent, hard working, taxpaying women.

Kinda like the disingenuous disparate coverage of the one NAZI sign at "Tea Party" events.

(did not link to the vidio)
Did the women wearing the "feminist" t-shirt, or the delusional "War on women" chicks  bring children, with fathers, to the crowd? I only saw one well dressed women writhing in agony when "The mandate was NOT upheld" (I guess that was until someone explained how the "oops-NOW it IS a tax, except when it's NOT" thingy to her).
