we petition the obama administration to:
Recount the election!
It has become blatantly obvious the voter fraud that was committed during the 2012 Presidential elections. In one county alone in Ohio, which was a battleground state, President Obama received 106,258 votes...but there were only 98,213 eligible voters. It's not humanly possible to get 108% of the vote!

Ohio Vote Totals For Barack Obama A Statistical Miracle!

By Tom Tillison

In 2012, 106,258 people in Wood County are registered to vote out of an eligible 98,213.

Perhaps even more astonishing is that he won 100% of the vote in 21 districts in Cleveland. Think about that... Ohio voters had 7 presidential candidates to choose from, plus the option to write in candidates of their choosing, yet every last voter in 21 districts chose Obama.

What Luck! Obama Won Dozens of Cleveland Districts with 100% of the Vote
Posted by Aurelius at 8:56 PM

President Obama must have run a great campaign considering the tremendous numbers he put up in numerous big cities. Over in Philadelphia, he was lucky enough to get 90% percent turnout in some districts with over 99% of the vote.

In Cleveland, in some districts he did even better with an astounding 100% of the vote in dozens of locations. For example, in Cleveland's Fifth Ward, Mr. Obama won districts E, F, and G 1,337 to Mitt Romney's... 0. And in case you're wondering, Gary Johnson received more votes than Mr. Romney.

Well, maybe that's just a fluke. In the Ninth Ward, Mr. Obama won districts D-G with a paltry total of 1,740 to... 3. Hey, at least Romney got .2% of the vote!

Okay, what if we look at an entire Ward? No way this trend continues, right? An entire ward. Why not do the First Ward? Obama won that one 12,857 to... 94. This time Romney got .7% of the vote. He's moving up in the world!

In total, there are 21 districts in Cleveland where Mr. Romney received precisely 0 votes. In 23 districts, he received precisely 1 vote. And naturally, in one of the districts where Obama won 100% of the vote, there was 100% turnout. What a coincidence!

By the way, in case you are thinking that Romney did so poorly because maybe those districts were not very populated: Nope.  In those 44 districts, Mr. Obama won 14,686 to 23.  That's .16% of the vote for Romney.

But Ohio's not important in the electoral college, right?

Update: Mr. Obama won in St. Lucie County, Florida, which had over 140% voter turnout.
Then we got these reports...

So, in a nutshell...
If you are a minority living in a inner-city, and voted for Romney and the GOPs...It don't count, or is changed.
If the GOPs want more minority votes they first need to investigate this, and stop it...
Why even bother voting for them, if your votes is going to be changed, or not counted...
I live in the inner city and voted for I ask myself...did I ?
...and another thing look at what these (&*^% did with our military votes...missing, delayed...
and again...nothing from the GOPs, why ?
If I was in Congress I would be demanding a major investigations into all this, because for one our national security is at risk, and 2nd...major crimes are being committed on our rights, and U.S.Constitution, Bill of Rights, and on our soldiers and veterans, and ALL those that died for her...

What is the legal term for electoral fraud? Sedition? Seduction? Sedation? Treason? Rebellion, uprising, or insurrection? Resurrection? Subversion?

In law, sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that is deemed by the legal authority to tend toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws.

So becoming a candidate for a political party may be sedition.
This post may be sedition.

Subversion refers to an attempt to transform the established social order and its structures of power, authority, and hierarchy.

Hmm... so voting itself can be subversion.
This post may be subversion.

Rebellion, uprising, or insurrection is a refusal of obedience or order. It may, therefore, be seen as encompassing a range of behaviors aimed at destroying or replacing an established authority such as a government or a head of state.

Is election fraud rebellion?

In law, treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one's sovereign or nation. Historically, treason also covered the murder of specific social superiors, such as the murder of a husband by his wife.
In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aiding or involved by such an endeavour.

Hmm... voting may be treason.

The maximum penalty for treason is life imprisonment. Section 24AA of the Crimes Act 1914 creates the related offence of treachery.

Guy Fawkes tried to assassinate James I of England. He failed and was convicted of treason and sentenced to be hanged, drawn and quartered.
