Feminist tried to delete "misandry" from Wikipedia

A few years ago over at Wikipedia some feminist wanted to delete the entry for "misandry", and the discussion can be found in the "Talk" section.  Here are a couple of excerpts from that Talk page (Note: It's so absurd you may not be able to stop laughing for a few minutes):

"Wimmin are incapable of hatred. Misandry is an artificial construct of the Patriarchy created because they hate it when feminists assert them..."

Perhaps I shouldn't have laughed so hard as obviously the crazy feminist was serious in her comment, and unaware of how Orwellian it was.

*Chuckle* Actually, "wimmin" sound like some kind of mutant race of humans or something.  The first time I encountered the word (At Auckland University in the early '80s) it was spelled "womin" which is just as ridiculous and worthy of contempt.

Apparently this mutant race of "wimmin" is being persecuted by "The Patriarchy" ... that group of old white bearded men in white robes meeting in secret scheming how to benefit men by oppressing women.  Actually, they send the Knights of the Patriarchal Order out on horseback to do it for them.  I think you can join the Knights actually ... they'll send you a free beret in the mail!

All in all, that first sentence in particular is breathtaking in it's use of feminist clichés and ignorance of reality.

Precisely. Anyone who can state with a straight face that all members of a group (potentially as large as half of the human race) are "incapable" of an entirely human emotion must be talking of a different species.

"Wimmin" display plenty of hatred toward each other: the history of feminism is full of sects hating on each other, just the same way as in case of any other ideology or movement. Sex-positive feminists vs. radical (anti-prostitution & anti-porn) feminists; trans-accepting ones vs. radical anti-trans ones; liberal-capitalist vs. radical leftist/marxist  ... and so on and so on. And there's plenty of fur flying between them; emotions which resemble 'hatred' enough to be called such.

Two girls arrested in Florida online bullying death


Two girls, ages 12 and 14, have been charged with felony aggravated stalking for what a Florida sheriff described on Tuesday as "maliciously harassing" a 12-year-old girl who jumped from a tower to her death.

The middle school students appeared before a judge on Tuesday and the 14-year-old was remanded into custody pending further juvenile proceedings, a Polk County Sheriff's spokeswoman said.

The 12-year-old defendant was released to her parents' custody "due to her remorse and cooperation" but is on home detention and not allowed to attend school, the spokeswoman said.

The two "repeatedly and maliciously harassed" Rebecca Ann Sedwick, who became so despondent that she climbed a tower at an abandoned cement plant and jumped to her death, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told a news conference in Winter Haven, Florida. She disappeared on September 9 and her body was found the next day.

Sedwick was targeted because she had dated the 14-year-old defendant's boyfriend, the sheriff said.

Several more girls are believed to have been involved in cyberbullying, but investigators are having difficulty obtaining information about their online accounts, Judd said.

"These are the two primary harassers. They are the two stalkers. They are the two bulliers," he said.

The two called Sedwick names, intimidated her, threatened to beat her up and engaged in at least one physical fight with her, the sheriff said.

They sent online messages via Facebook and other sites calling Sedwick "ugly" and telling her: "You should drink bleach and die," "Nobody likes you," and "You should go kill yourself," Judd said.

He said their treatment of Sedwick was "a contributing factor" in her suicide and the stalking was a felony charge because of Sedwick's age.

Neither defendant had any previous arrests, Judd said. It will be up to the state attorney's office to decide how to proceed, he added.

The sheriff said his office decided to go ahead with the arrests after the 14-year-old posted an online message on Saturday night saying: "Yes, I bullied Rebecca and she killed herself but IDGAF," an acronym meaning "I don't give a (expletive)."

He said he was concerned that the girl's parents were still allowing her to use electronic devices and that "She's right back online doing the same kind of things again."

So Sedwick was actively & intensely hated on by two other females -- because she had the audacity to 'date' (whatever that means in this context) a boy who 'belonged' to the 14 years old.

I wonder how many fathers were actively involved in the three girls' lives ...
