A Manhattan dad is not lovin' McDonald's right now.

Attorney David Schorr slapped a court-appointed shrink with a defamation lawsuit for telling the judge deciding a custody battle with his estranged wife that he was an unfit parent -- for refusing to take his son to the fast food joint for dinner.

"You'd think it was sexual molestation," Schorr, 43, told The Post Thursday. "I am just floored by it."

Schorr says in his Manhattan Supreme Court suit that E. 97th Street psychiatrist Marilyn Schiller filed a report saying he was "wholly incapable of taking care of his son" and should be denied his weekend visitation over the greasy burger ban.

Schorr, a corporate attorney turned consultant with degrees from NYU and Oxford University, had planned to take his 4-year-old son to their usual restaurant, the Corner Café on Third Avenue, for his weekly Tuesday night visitation last week.

But the boy threw a temper tantrum and demanded McDonald's. So he gave his son an ultimatum: dinner anywhere other than McDonald's -- or no dinner.

"The child, stubborn as a mule, chose the 'no dinner' option," the disgruntled dad says in the suit.

"It was just a standoff. I'm kicking myself mightily," Schorr said.

"I wish I had taken him to McDonalds, but you get nervous about rewarding bad behavior. I was concerned. I think it was a 1950s equivalent of sending your child to bed without dinner. That's maybe the worst thing you can say about it," he said.

Adding insult to injury, he said: "My wife immediately took him to McDonalds."

If a female psychiatrist were evaluating me in a divorce dispute, I would automatically think that she is going to side with the woman. It's too bad that a lot of men think that way - and kind of discriminatory to women who remain objective - but there are just too many female social workers / psychologists / psychiatrists who have to side with the sisterhood. I don't really see as much of that in men, aside from the chivalrous guys who side with ... women.

Socialism kills. Socialism is deadly. Socialism cannibalizes every existing good and leaves nothing useful in its place. Socialism weakens. Socialism demoralizes. Socialism corrupts. Socialism injures. Socialism contaminates. Socialism misconstrues. Socialism paralyzes. Socialism impoverishes. Socialism damns and dooms.

Socialism takes the human relationship and perverts it. Socialism distorts reality. Socialism destroys all good, ethical and moral order. Socialism inveigles and infects. Socialism infantilizes, makes juveniles of men and delinquents of women. Socialism makes desolate. Socialism necrotizes. Socialism poisons abysmally.

People no longer recognize fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, friends, colleagues, kin, family, sons nor daughters under Socialism. People only seek to survive from one moment to another under Socialism. Nothing is long term, nothing is fixed, nothing is reliable and nothing is safe or stable under Socialism, because Socialism metastasizes to omnipotence and omnipresence over time.

Socialism is a product of human greed, ambition, vanity and malevolence, all squared then raised to higher powers of malign exponence by its enforcers and administrators, themselves eventually consumed by it ...

... Even official accomplices to infanticide and murder under socialism are themselves compensated as truer victims of grave injustice if they are of the correct gender, just like in Nazi Germany. But I don't feel sorry nor do I care for peoples whom willingly chose it and knowingly accept it as a system and regime.

The former head of Haringey children's services has agreed a six-figure payout for unfair dismissal, which could cost the council up to £600,000, BBC Newsnight understands.

In 2011, Sharon Shoesmith, who earned £133,000 a year, won a ruling that she was unfairly sacked after a damning report about the death of Baby Peter.

Peter Connelly, who was 17 months old, died in 2007 after months of abuse.

Former Children's Minister Tim Loughton said the payout "stinks".

The Court of Appeal concluded Ms Shoesmith had been "unfairly scapegoated" and her removal from office in December 2008 by the then Children's Secretary Ed Balls had been "intrinsically unfair and unlawful".

An occasional trip to McD's (and the like) is to be considered a special treat for kids.
Perhaps "Emergency" rations, under extenuating circumstances.
"Special" humanities grads, of dubious non-science "fields",  have NO place in "special" family court.
One will not find "emotional" ANTWHERE in a dictionary definition of Intellectual.

I wonder if there's a case to be made for kidnapping by gross incompetence?
I wonder how much the nice Dr. pays in malpractice insurance?
I wonder if The STATE, and her Granting institution of "higher learning", will reevaluate her "practice" and remove her "credentials"/privilege to practice/pharmaceutical prescription privileges?

I wonder if the whole affair will be swept under the rug, WITHOUT consequences for clear incompetence?

The father demonstrated his ability to care for the child to the utmost: isn't denying greasy/salty fast food and large soft drinks is what the Bloomberg city administration demanded even from their own citizens, let alone for children in their care?

Socialism grows more and more deadly to aborted, bastardized, father isolated children and others every day. The only beneficiaries of socialism are its staff and officials whom pocket huge sums of cash money, wages, salaries, benefits and emoluments administering the damned thing.

Boy's death 'could not be predicted'.

The death of four year-old Hamzah Khan, who starved to death in Bradford, could not have been predicted, a report has said.

Hamzah's decomposed body was found in his home in 2011, almost two years after he died.

A serious case review found his death could not have been predicted but systems "let Hamzah down".

His mother Amanda Hutton, 43, was jailed for 15 years last month after being found guilty of manslaughter.

The Department for Education tells Sky News a Serious Case Review ordered after a four-year-old boy starved to death is "rubbish".

The review found that Hamzah Khan's death "could not have been predicted", but systems "let Hamzah down both before and following his death".

Hamzah's mother Amanda Hutton was jailed for 15 years last month after the boy's mummified body was found in her bedroom nearly two years after he died.

While certainly related to Socialism, I'd call this the "unintended" consequences of the "Women First" flavor of  Feminism used as dupes
to punish, and attach ANY "scarlet letter", or other "mark of the devil"(felony "status") to ANY man likely to call Administrators of "justice" to the Captains Mast for "inquisition".
