I hope to provide a satirical look at the concept of "The Patriarchy" with this new strip.

Why "The Patriarchy"?  Because men will benefit ... somehow.

I was thinking of giving the 5 patriarchs at the lounge some kind of funny hat, like a beret, or fedora or fez or something.  What do you thing would work best?

I think that goes for a red fez, but some Catholics wear a white fez from what I saw on Wikipedia.

Taken out of context, I think I understand the angle here and how it is supposed to be funny, but I am not sure if you will pull it off.

So I just take it on faith that you have it all figured out.

In future episodes, they'll reiterate their mission statement for the 12,580th. time, which is to benefit men by oppressing women "Because men will benefit ... somehow".  They'll switch their edicts from notes to all men to email from patriarchycentral.org. And men would be issued Male Privileges™ cards as a bonus just for being male, but there's a catch!
