Unfortunately, I have crossed the 50 year line and my testosterone is probably flagging. And it's probably better that way, because it leaves me less likely open to manipulations from women based on sex.
But I am starting to clearly see that the "soul-mate" thing is a bit of an oversold product. I'm starting to suspect that women are just women, even famous ones, and the same patterns play out over and over. In any case, I know that friends who told me "she is my soul mate" years ago are not singing that song today, and one is actually paying hefty alimony.
