So for those of you who don't know, I gave myself a break in this, my last semester in college, by taking a bunch of introductory-level elective classes. One of those was Computer Science 101: Intro to Computer Science. We basically play around with web page and multimedia software all semester long, so of course it's like paradise for a geek such as myself. Anyways, my first big project in this class was to produce a 60-second music video in Flash. It had to demonstrate familiarity with the different concepts we'd learned over the course of the semester: motion, morphing, layers, etc. Those were the only guidelines. So I chose Nirvana's "Heart-Shaped Box" as my song, and created the video concept using a visual representation of the lyrics:
She eyes me like a pisces when I am weak
I've been locked inside your heart-shaped box for weeks
I've been drawn into your magnet tar pit trap
I wish I could eat your cancer when you turn black
HEY! WAIT!
I've got a new complaint
Forever in debt to your priceless advice

Hope you enjoy.
