In 1999, a court order prohibited the airing of a controversial documentary exposing critical flaws in the application and procedure of justice in Denmark. This was done on the grounds that one of the girls in the documentary was visible in the recordings allegedly compromising her privacy. The girl in the documentary however, was blurred out, her voice made unrecognizable and every form of personal data was removed. Still the court persisted in their prohibiting this documentary from being shown.

The court, with this judgment, disregarded years of guidelines, related to privacy and the free press. The courts descision was appealed and the documentary aired 14 days later - at midnight!

"Goodbye Daddy" had utilized a hidden camera, and showed how these applications and procedures in conjunction with false accusations of incest, are often used as weaponry during disputes over visitation and custody rights.

Denmark agreed to the 'UN Convention on the Rights of the Child' in 1991 which clearly states that: "a child has a right to both parents". This file is a "must see" guys.

By the way guys:

With almost every free version of any software, the way they finance it is to integrate so called "support programs" which are OPTIONAL - and will most likely piss you off if you install them.

But simply unchech these programs during installation when given the option. However, if you accidently installed them anyway, remove them with this tool, which is specifically developed for adware removal. It is free, and one of those programs that does not come with these annoyances.

I'd go with emule instead of the official edonkey software.

I'll try to get this in a couple of days.

I just installed Shareaza and it seems to be running ok. So whether you are using Kazaa, Bittorrent, Gnutella or edonkey/Overnet you should be able to download it. Those who are used to Kazaa will probably feel more comfortable with this client also.

Finally got to watching this movie. Utterly amazing and disgusting. That one lawyer should be disbarred for supporting the mother "being sick" and filing a false police report. It just amazes me as to how those "case workers" seem so completely biased and think they're doing nothing wrong.

Aggreed. Then you'll probably be amazed to learn, that this lawyer still practice law. And her female clients are very happy. You see, if a lawyer endorce such means of getting "even" for the thousands of years of oppresion - then it's probably ok right???

By the way  - to users of bittorrent:

Go to this page to get it faster:

t is perhaps a terrible thing to say, but "rights and freedoms we are not willing to fight for are rights and freedoms we don't deserve."

Unfortunately this file was made by capturing a VHS and I overdubbed the english subtitles, allowing it to be shared on any filesharing program without looking up subtitles too. A BETA or DAT is quite impossible for me to get my hands on. The best I can provide is an MPEG1 without subtitles. But you can, however, get one from the TV station who made it.

Is it any good?

By the way; despite my english the translation is pretty good. Close to perfect. LSBeene cleaned it up several times while we wrote the subtitles. I'm working on one more translation for a follow-up on this documentary, this time, exposing officials who deliberately advocated false accusations to create some jobs for themselves (I live in a feminist/communist country...go figure). I've just been pretty busy lately but I will make it a high priority if this project did any good for you guys in here.

The link to the torrent does not work as the target site does not allow deep linking and I can't find the torrent with the search function.
The ed2k-Link doesn't work either, 0% availability.

Can anyone put this on a stable download site or seed it permanently? Or enable me to do it? This shouldn't be lost so quickly.
If you need to give me private login data, please use the private message function here.

FP

I still have it and can share it on emule, a torrent site for awhile or just upload it to you some way.
