Well yes, it is obvious even to a little child that this proposition is ridiculous, why the hell should he prove that he isn't guilty, and how is he supposed to do it ? So it's obvious that there is no "good intent" here, these people are consciously proposing a malicious law to criminalize sex even more, and give women even more power. Perhaps they should just let women shoot any man that she doesn't like and her excuse would be "he is making me feel oppressed". Men shouldn't be walking around and making women feel uncomfortable with their disgusting maleness ! What's with all that air that they breathe etc. >:--(
o pity for feminazis.

Double Jeopardy

LST800, I don't want to quibble anymore about it, in fact, I thought I was doing the right thing and moreover I agreed with your post.

No harm done, lets let it pass.

First, thanks for looking that up Sir Jessy.

Q, the first guy is a lawyer. That's enough right there. Perhaps I am a bit jaded towards lawyers because I work in the insurance industry BUT...
The legal profession does nothing but benefit form the micro managing of our lives through the myriad statutes placed on the books to reduce your freedoms. Who is going to suffer and who is going to make out when some asinine law like this is passed? The lawyers get paid for prosecuting men and winning settlements for the female "victims".

Very nice and informative article here. You touched on a topical issue. I would appreciate if you'd written about how to fill a form online. If you ever need to fill out a form, here is http://goo.gl/ngvb31 a really useful tool. Very easy to navigate and use.
