Clarification: Messages, subtle or obvious is something I think about after the movie,I dont have my "gender detection radar" on when enjoying a movie,I dont even think in those terms generally.
Just because a movie has a secret agenda or message it doenst mean I fall for it.I got my own moral and ethivs code, and a movie violates them,I notice it.
I noticed that the movie showed family life as in the american 70´s.Core family and stuff.
When they were younger it was more like 50´s or so.Am i right?
I think it was more of a parody on how a hero would manage life today, when "out of work"
Elasto Girl is the hard working mother with 3 kids to take careof.Incredible is the family supporter with a job he hates.Working late, doing what he can for the family.
Now a days, people do that still, but with some restrictions. If the mother earns more, she will work and support the family its all a economical angle.
Thats how I analyzed the movie. I saw 2 parents doing whattheycould for their kids.
Even though they might´ve hate it.
Viewing a media with a grain of salt is always recommended, but I never ruin a experience as a movie to analayze it.But i never swallow everything.
I hope I made it more clear what I meant?
And I dont feel attacked,if I would feel that way,I wouldn´t post in the first place
