Maryland Fights Child Support.

:idea:   On 8-7-2005, on NBC channel 11 news from Baltimore, the CSE Brian Shea said that parents in Maryland are $1.4 Billion in non payment of child support arrears from some 29,000 parents.

:arrow: So see Maryland's separated parents really are doing their duty by defying the thievery of CSE and the numbers are growing. Thus we can have confidence that all over the USA parents are still using the non violent civil resistance to defy the injustice of child support and rightly so and Maryland parents are doing their part in this fight too.

We actually have an entire army of parents (mostly fathers but a fair number of mothers too) that are actually doing something about c/s because they do not pay the thievery. Plus, since there are reported as some 29,000 parents and adding more every day just in Maryland then there must be many more that unjustly do pay the child support thievery only because the gov is stealing the money from their paychecks and those parents are not able to defy them,,,,,,,,,,,yet.

:?: The custody and child support laws say that children cost a lot of money but is that true??

A child eats very little, small mouth - small stomach.

Clothes for children can be had for free or at discount prices.

Going to College does not happen until one turns 18 years old,
and student loans are available.

The children live under the same rent house as the parent and children can sleep anywhere that is safe.

There are free public school buses.

This is a very good post.

The war is against the family.  The natural spring of wealth is a transfer from parents to children, and these scumbags are just trying to squeeze in between the two.  

They encourage a divorce culture only so they can reap the benifits.  People are wising up to their misdeeds on society.  

This is one reason why the truth about DV can never get out.

I find one big problem in trying to get non custodial parents to fight the unjust child support is that parents seem to think that only their own personal case is unjust and maybe that many other c/s cases are unjust too but not all of them because they too believe the lie that some parents are deadbeats and that is a big problem because child support is completely wrong and unjust and half a fight is no fight at all.

That is an example of, "Divide and Rule" and we need a team with loyalty to begin a real battle.
