I was thinking a fairly high level of assault..  sexual assauly, assault with a weapon, practicing medicine without license, and anything else antyone can think of...  She'll probably make an insanity or "cultural diversity" excuse.

You know, I'd love to see an anonymous poll of american women (maybe broken down by age groups) asking teh question of how this crime compares to a 20 year old woman being raped.

It would be very telling about American women's feelings about men/boys vs. women/girls to see what the response was... sadly my suspicion is that there would be a sizeable number of women (particularly those under 40 or so) who felt that rape was the worse act, or at least equally bad.
