Certainly augments the growing perception that feminism can't handle being on the hot seat. Even so, I must compliment Jotty on her game face exit; it wasn't half bad -- although I could still see through it readily enough.

That they can't handle staying when we ask them questions on an MRA board while cussing at us and banning us if we go to a feminist board shows a lot more than anything else about how they even realize their system is a failing one.

Why not stick around and teach what you know or maybe even learn some things from some of the folks here? Or maybe you just can't handle having your pet beliefs called into question? If so, you are right to move on because we would be asking lots of questions.

I came here for help and advice on false accusations, and how to help someone who has been falsely accused.

It can be downright painful at times, this "sticking around" thing.  It has been more that worth it, but it was very difficult (to say the least) at first.

But no, I think it more likely that they surf in here brimming with youthful overconfidence and righteous fire in their veins -- only to discover to their chagrin that MRAs are extremely jaded, and considerably more intelligent than they figured....

It may have been difficult (I wasn't here when you started).  But I would gather from my short time here and reading your posts that it became easier for you because YOU LISTENED and DISCUSSED.  You more than likely didn't come here with a chip on your sholder expecting to tell these people that they were wrong and try to 'educate' them.

If I were to have come here and began spouting the typical rhetoric, I am sure that I (even being male) would have been shut down tout sweet!  You cannot expect to 'win an argument'** with bogus stats and lopsided opinions based on little or no fact.  It just doesn't work that way.

This, of course, is based upon my limited amount of time that I have been here.

** Because most if not all come here to argue their points, not discuss IMO.
