This one is interesting.  Here is an actual court document (pretty much looks like an affidavit) in the divorce of the co-creator of the "Matrix" trilogy, Larry Wachowski.

The crux of this is that his wife divorced him and claimed that he thought up the idea for the Matrix movies after they were married - so she was entitled to her half because it was marital property.

"Upon refreshing his memory" (giggle), Larry all of a sudden remembered that he thought up the idea for the Matrix just before they were married.

We'll see how this one turns out.

This is apparently a bit critical, since the Matrix movies have grossed over a billion dollars up to now - and the third one is due out soon.
